Evan Moore holds a Masters Degree from Gonzaga University in Sport and Athletic Administration and has spent most of his career in higher education. He is also the co-founder and CEO of Real Frequency. He and his team are dedicated to bringing a variety of solutions together to help young adults navigate all the BS they face. Real Frequency is a "Launch Agency" and just like a sports agency or a talent agency, Real Frequency has assembled a stable of industry experts that work in a variety of areas that he believes are key to assisting young adults with the process of taking active control of their young lives. Most of Real Frequency's clients, who are usually between the ages of 15 and 25, start their Launch Agency journey with Mental Toughness and Mental Performance training that which is called "Master Your Mindset." Master Your Mindset is not rehab for mental challenges, it is pre-hab for mental challenges. Evan believes that if we train our minds, we are less likely to experience mental health challenges. That is why we arm young adults with tools and techniques for navigating daily stress and anxiety.   In this episode, Brad and Evan talk about his childhood and how his life path affected and molded him.
