Business bankruptcies are at a 12-year high, and Oregon has one of the highest rates of first-year business failure. The Oregonian even dubbed 2025 'Oregon's year of layoffs.' Portland's policies continue to drive businesses and jobs away, impacting families and the local economy. Is this the end for Portland?
