Even though my voice is raspy..my voice has so much strength through my messages on this segment esp

I am allowing myself more and more to open up my mind body and soul to myself through God and secondly y'all. Yesterday was very challenging but we all have challenges and we have to reflect but ultimately be still at times because our Creator wants us to stop and just breathe...thank y'all for having open minds with me..that is a baby step if you're still listening. Be kind to yourself. Have faith in you. It's possible.
