Congress has passed President Donald Trump’s "big, beautiful bill" after back-to-back late nights for both the House and Senate. The massive spending bill now goes to President Trump's desk to be signed into law just on time for the Fourth of July deadline that was set. The passing of the bill is victory for Speaker Mike Johnson and for the president himself.
