Evening Edition: Charlie Kirk Shooting Suspect Formally Charged

Utah County Attorney Jeff Gray has announced formal charges against Charlie Kirk shooting suspect, Tyler Robinson, including aggravated murder, two counts of obstruction of justice for hiding the rifle and discarding his clothing, and two counts of witness tampering for telling his roommate to delete texts and stay silent if the police interrogate him. Gray also announced the intent to seek the death penalty against Robinson, meaning he will remain in jail without bail.
