by the new and living way opened for us through the curtain of His body, — Hebrews 10:20Since Adam, the way to God was blocked by a flaming sword. But Christ opened a new and living way through the veil of His flesh. When Jesus died, the temple curtain tore from top to bottom. The way that was closed is open. Jesus is the way, and unlike the old covenant path, this one leads to life because He's alive.
