Evers touts “blockbuster bipartisan” spending deal

After months of negotiations, Governor Evers and GOP legislative leaders have reached a deal on how to spend the state’s projected budget surplus. But their proposal still has to clear a vote in both chambers of the state Legislature – and not everyone is on board.
