Every Rom Com 35: The Proposal

This week Every Rom Com would like to cordially request the pleasure of your company as Jennifer Howell and Cybil Solyn celebrate the beginning of our wedding series! We’re starting off with 2009’s “The Proposal”, a Sandra Bullock/Ryan Reynolds fake-dating classic, which is also one of the highest-grossing romantic comedies of all time! Along the way we discuss a rom com dog, proposal stories, a problematic scene that was somehow never widely critiqued, and whether Sandra Bullock is in fact the queen of all rom coms! Please RSVP yes to this destination wedding, and let us know what other wedding movies you’d like to see from us in the future! 0:00-4:45 Intro, Favorite Wedding Rom Coms 4:45-17:50 Trailer, Basic Info, Interesting Facts, General Opinion https://ew.com/gallery/highest-grossing-rom-coms/ Fake behind-the-scenes video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EiDsqYt8c5I 17:50-33:49 Cast & Crew In-Depth, Is Sandra Bullock The Ultimate Rom Com Heroine?
