Jeff first asked Dana about the state of business in Milwaukee and what her firm looks for when they invest in a company. -Jeff asked Dana about the companies in her firm’s portfolio and what it takes to get their investment dollars. Finally, he asks her to give advice to aspiring entrepreneurs. Jeff Sherman was next joined in-studio by Milwaukee Business Journal senior reporter Rich Kirchen, and they began by talking about Generac’s interest in building a data center in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. -Rich recently sat down with the CEO of Kenosha-based Snap-On; He talked to him about his thoughts on the Trump administration’s effect on businesses. They also talked about Quad/Graphics’ new magazine contract. -Rich explained to Jeff about the redevelopment of the Willow Run golf course in Pewaukee and a new indoor golf experience in Oak Creek. Finally, they discussed Brady Corporation’s strategy with their “returnship” program.
