Lucien is a young German film maker who has been pulled to commit his passion and his skill to the challenging world of socially conscious media. After following his dream and traveling to America to embark on an adventure into film at the New York Film Academy, he has pursued his art while travelling the world in search of the perfect story. Perseverance and audacity generally win. Having successfully completed his first independent film UNDER THE BRIDGE he has returned once again to Germany to focus on bringing the Film STRENGTH to life ; a journey of those struggling to eke out an existence and to rise above poverty in Manila Philippines.
