A proposal in one of our favourite places. A new business. A future we were building together. And then — quietly, privately — something happened that I carried in silence for years.A decision no woman makes lightly. A grief I didn't know how to name. And a shame I thought I had to hold alone.Weeks later, our world shattered in a completely different way.A phone call in the middle of the night. A hospital. ICU. Brain surgery. And through all of it — the world just kept moving. It didn't pause. It didn't wait for me to be ready.I wish I had breathwork then. This is one of the hardest episodes I've ever recorded.Listen now...As always a huge thank you to my amazing producer Conor Sweetman - IG @conorsweetman.stories Hosted on Acast.
