"Everyone's Limitations Are Self Imposed"; Curator of the Light: Doug Hooper's Eternal Legacy

A long time ago, in the 90s, I wrote a letter to one of my favorite authors and mentors Doug Hooper. I did not receive a letter from Doug but I did receive a beautifully scripted letter from his wife Eileen Hooper. Accompanying her response were two treasures: a memorial written by their son, and a short story introducing us to Grandpa, by their grand daughter.I am honored to hold these special artifacts from Doug's life and pledge to carry his light through this platform.Somewhere, Doug is smiling, re-living his work through my attempts to connect all, to him. His words are profound; and his wisdom has fueled me through the hills and the valleys of my being. Thank you Doug Hooper for all that you did for humanity and thank you Eileen for allowing me into the folds of your family long enough to feel the impact of your husband's legacy, from within.
