In today’s episode, Ketil and i are sitting down to chew the cud, talking about our most recent project collaboration, HAUGTUSSA: Eit skogsbad, an art installation we made in Bryne, Norway. 🌲🌿🌳 So first, we are setting the scene of the physicality of the project, practical parts of the process,  We then speak about the concept and my fave, the intention and inspiration and bigger picture of our approach to doing this work. We talk about how and why we built this.  We talk about challenges like exclusivity in arts and yogaworlds and dealing with power dynamics We talk about the creative process and philosophy that drives our offerings, basically why the hell we do this.. We also explore ideas for how we can build community and relationship in order to find solutions to issues in our world And creating accessible art and honouring yourself as a creative being.  And how everything, everything is connected.
