MCALLEN, Texas - John Beckham, the incoming managing director of the North American Development Bank, was the keynote speaker at a luncheon hosted by Estrada Hinojosa and Company.The event, which drew many VIPS, elected officials and community leaders from Hidalgo and Starr counties, was held at the McAllen Country Club on Dec. 7.Estrada Hinojosa and Company hosted Beckham and other NADBank officials so that Rio Grande Valley leaders could learn about the work of the bank, which was set up during the NAFTA negotiations of the early 1990s.
