Since he made the move to the Midwest in 2012, he has deployed over $50 million into income producing real estate.    Jacob founded Holdfolio, a real estate investing platform, on the basis of creating partnerships to profit from income producing real estate. Holdfolio currently owns and manages 1,521 units across the midwest and southeast United States. Jacob also founded SyndicationPro, a real estate software company that gives sponsors a fully integrated platform to raise capital and manage their investors online.   Outside of business, Jacob enjoys staying active, volunteering as a Big Brother, and education as a hobby.   This is the ABQ Business Podcast with your host Jason Rigby.
