"Everything Speaks" Episode #1

Have you heard the term “Everything Speaks” ? Well , in education , that is true in every aspect ! So , as trainers or trainers in training , it is essential to not only understand our content , but we must also have an understanding of the “Adult Learner” and how they learn. What gets their attention ? What makes information meaningful for them ? How do we keep them engaged in the learning process ? What if I told you that content without engagement is really meaningless. Would you believe me ? In this series within the “Trainer to Trainer” series , we will focus on learning styles and how to maximize our engagement with them.
