Everything will be okay, I promise. One of my favorite episodes to date, we go through a journal entry, new perspectives, gratitude and reaffirmation of the self, and to understand that everything will be okay, but we feel a sense of complacency and comfort in knowing that a certain day it will end. So stay true to yourself and trust the process.
