Originally from New York City, Dr. Stephen Soloway completed undergraduate studies at Stony Brook University, M.D. degree obtained from American University of the Caribbean in Montserrat British West Indies. The clinical years took him through Omaha, Nebraska, Boston, Massachusetts, London, England. Internal medicine internship and residency were at the Mercy Catholic Medical Center in Philadelphia (Misericordia Division and Fitzgerald Mercy Division), rheumatology fellowship headed by the Medical College of Pennsylvania run by Drs. H. Ralph Schumacher Jr. and Bruce Ira Hoffman.Dr. Soloway would be described as a human sponge and human encyclopedia, spending hours with patients, known as a medical detective. He has truly devoted his life to helping patients who are out of choices. For the past 20 years he has been honored and listed as a Philadelphia Magazine Top Doctor, a regional Top Doctor, U.S. News and World Report, and Castle Connolly Top Doctor. He is known as one of the best if not the best in the Philadelphia tri-state area and possibly the United States.Published many interesting case reports in peer review journals, sitting on many boards, New Jersey Medical Board of Examiners and a Presidential appointee for the President’s Council for Sports, Fitness, and Nutrition under the Trump administration.In 2020, released his first book, "Bad Medicine: The Horrors of American Health Care". Next month he will be releasing Medical Politics: How to Avoid Bad Doctors and Insurance Companies and Overreaching Government.His insight and experience are second-to-none. For 20 years seeing almost 100 people a day earned him accolades from patients, audits and investigations from bureaucracy. He is currently the Chairman of Rheumatology, Inspira Health Network in Vineland, Mullica Hill, and Elmer, New Jersey. He is a Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine at the Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine, and an Adjunct Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine at Drexel University College of Medicine.He holds three patents, US Patent Application No. 62472713, US Patent Application No. 15/909.548, and Docket/Reference No. 17128-170577. The patents are perfected by Dr. Soloway as he is one of the more venerable joint injectors in the world with 3 million injections to date or more. Dr. Soloway has patented and designed his own procedures for injecting trigger finger, carpal tunnel, and osteoarthritis of the thumb or first CMC joint. He is the founder and co-owner of “Jasperate” the holding company for his needle patents.
