The political machine seeks to regentryfy the Downtown & Inner City closest to the bustling Medical communities of Johns Hopkins, University of Md., Sinai Hospital for their Elite Non-Black students & staff at the expense of the poor, homeless, disenfranchised, widows, elderly & unemployed youth.
