EVIL DEAD II (1987) Movie Reaction! | Horror Has Never Been So Groovy! | Bruce Campbell | Sam Raimi

Michael, Achara & Alli react to Evil Dead II (1987), the wildly inventive horror-comedy that follows Ash Williams as another terrifying night at the isolated cabin descends into absolute madness after demonic forces are unleashed once again. Blending relentless horror with slapstick comedy, over-the-top practical effects, and Sam Raimi’s signature kinetic filmmaking, the film transforms the franchise into one of the most beloved cult classics ever made. This reaction stands out for its outrageous scares, unforgettable practical effects, and nonstop chaos, as Michael, Achara & Alli experience every horrifying, hilarious, and iconic moment in real time. Directed by Sam Raimi (Spider-Man trilogy, Drag Me to Hell, A Simple Plan, Darkman, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness), the film stars Bruce Campbell (Army of Darkness, Ash vs Evil Dead, Burn Notice, Bubba Ho-Tep, The Adventures of Brisco County, Jr.), Sarah Berry (Evil Dead II, regional theater, independent productions, horror conventions, stage performances), Dan Hicks (Evil Dead II, Darkman, Intruder, Spider-Man 2, My Name Is Bruce), Kassie DePaiva (One Life to Live, Days of Our Lives, Evil Dead II, Guiding Light, soap opera career), and Ted Raimi (Spider-Man trilogy, Xena: Warrior Princess, Twin Peaks, Candyman, SeaQuest DSV), bringing together a cast that helped cement Evil Dead as one of horror’s most influential and beloved franchises.
