According to Joseph, the man, later identified as 35-year-old Abner Antillon, had sped past his residence, prompting Joseph to ask him to slow down.Joseph claimed that Abner exited his truck, approached him, and threatened to kill him. Fearing for his safety, Joseph said he fired a warning shot.
