Now, why is this important? Because as human beings, our bodies were designed to move, and in fact, we cannot actually have a sense of meaning without movement. In this episode, we discuss why that is, and we dive into other juicy topics, like why some movement practices are worth pursuing more than others, why roughhousing is essential to developing empathy, and how you cannot be truly non-violent unless you are capable of being violent and consciously choose not to use violence.
