David Biderman is a Partner at Perkins Coie, where he leads the firm's consumer products and services litigation subgroup and its food litigation industry group. David has represented clients in federal and state courts in California for over 40 years. With a focus on mass tort litigation and consumer class actions, he has litigated some of the most consequential food litigation matters in this emerging field.
