Vigil allegedly yelled at and threatened the neighborhood kids while under the influence of alcohol. When Bernalillo County deputies arrived they found Vigil in the street arguing with anyone who would engage with her. Deputies attempted to resolve the issue but Vigil wanted to enter the property of neighbor. Deputies arrested her and she want full Karen on deputies, healthcare workers, and neighbors.
