Exactly what is motivation?

from Transformed Life 2 Min Encouragement · host Daniel C Clark

exactly what is motivation? Hello, I'm Dan Clark and welcome. Well, motivation is when you have a bunch of energy. And you actually feel like that you can do what you say you want to do, you're motivated to do what you want to do. And then the motivation runs out. You know, motivation is actually a muscle. And that means that you must practice monitoring and managing your motivation. Because once it starts running out, it's really hard to get motivated. You know how you get tired, and you work really hard. And then, after a while, it's just way too hard and you're not doing anything because you feel like you're not motivated. That's because you're not doing things in the right way. One of the ways to stay motivated is to notice how you are working too hard at the beginning. If you start too hard, and you don't actually monitor or manage the effort you put in at the beginning. Then you're going to overwork your muscle, your brain and you're going to become uncommitted. So the best way to stay motivated is to do things slowly and methodically and not too hard at the beginning. I love you. I'm Dan Clark.
