Today I'm sharing some things I have learned about examining our unconscious beliefs about race without shame. Be willing to have uncomfortable conversations in person and online with people who are uninformed. If you are white, continue to process your internalized racism, shame and guilt with your friends and family. And then take action. Support black artists, creators and entrepreneurs by buying from them and elevating their platforms. Make sure to credit their work! Spend time educating yourself by reading, researching and listening to people, specifically black and brown people, who have more knowledge than you do.
