Welcome to the premiere episode of Audio Drama Sunday Theatre. Producer & Host George Sirois presents for your listening pleasure "Excelsior: The Audio Journey." Created by high school senior Matthew Peters, Excelsior - savior of faraway planet Denab IV - is becoming an internet sensation as the main character of a popular online comic strip. But before Matthew can enjoy his burgeoning success, a beautiful older woman arrives at his school and tells him that not only is she from the planet Denab IV, but that Excelsior's lifeforce lives within him. Now, with Excelsior's enemies gathering, Matthew realizes he is the key to Earth's survival and Denab IV's salvation. Adapted for Audio and Directed by George Sirois, based on his novel, this feature-length audio drama stars Jerry Weil, Molly Rock, Erika Harvey, Audra Angelique, David Lee Hawks, and Shak Hussain as Emperor Nocterar. Produced by Debra Wootton and featuring music composed by Izzie G and Audra Angelique, Excelsior: The Audio Journey was originally performed on the Clubhouse app on March 12, 2023 and March 19, 2023.
