After a scorching weekend, things are going to stay red hot in the Carolinas this week. Forecaster Larry Sprinkle says we can expected temperatures in the mid-to-upper 90s with the heat index making it feel like 100-plus degrees. The heat and humidity will remain oppressive thorugh at least the end of this week.
