In 2012 she performed at the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Concert and at the closing ceremony of the Summer Olympics held in London. Following that she was also a coach on multiple series of the television shows The Voice UK and The Voice Australia. In recent years, Jessie has been more and more vocal about embracing a vegan lifestyle - a step she took initially to manage chronic pain due to fertility issues. Since then she has been sharing her vegan cooking and inspiration with her millions of followers on social media. PBN co-founder Robbie Lockie spoke with Jessie to discuss all things vegan and the resilience with which she inspires the younger generation.
