It was from Dan Price, the Founder and CEO of Gravity Payments: “We laid off 0 people despite losing half our revenue. Our employees responded with voluntary pay cuts and record sales. We repaid all the pay cuts and are now giving out small raises and are financially healthy. CEOs like me don't get you out of a crisis. Employees do.
