Exclusive Interview with Max Clarke, western photo-journalist in Russia Controlled Territory/Donbas

from Mostly Peaceful Latinas · host Linda Catalina and Isabella Rodriguez

We interviewed Max Clarke, a British photo-journalist that has been in and out of Donbas region in Eastern Ukraine since 2014. Separatists from both Russia and Ukraine have been fighting over this territory since 2014, and the people of Donbas are the real victims of this war. They have been forgotten, neglected and rarely ever mentioned by the western media. Max will tell us why he decided to go to Donbas, his experience with the Russian people, and what is actually happening in the frontline of the war. He will discuss the time he sold video content to a western media channel that ended up using it for propaganda, the shelling coming from the Ukrainian side that is usually blamed on Russia, and everything else the mainstream media will not tell you. 4:05 Guest introduction 9:55 Western media reporting in Donbas now versus 201412:29 Max sells his video content to the mainstream media and they use it for propaganda against the Russian military14:35 Central Donetsk gets hit by cluster bomb from Ukrainian side19:00 Max is blacklisted from Ukraine 21:25 Azov battalion 28:40 Max recounts the mot traumatizing moments of the war38:32 The future of Donbas 43:00 Crimea under Russia46:00 Max details his experience with the Chechen armyFOLLOW US ON INSTAGRAM: https://www.instagram.com/mostlypeacefulatinas/FOLLOW US ON TIK TOK: https://www.tiktok.com/@mostlypeacefulatinasFOLLOW LINDA ON INSTAGRAM: https://www.instagram.com/wakeupwithlinda/FOLLOW BELLA ON INSTAGRAM: https://www.instagram.com/redpillbabe_/
