This connection transcends a typical mentorship, as it is rooted in a trust that allows for candid and immediate communication on a wide range of topics, from strategic game planning to organizational philosophy. This access becomes particularly beneficial in a season with unique logistical challenges, such as the team's upcoming game in Ireland. As an NFL coach with extensive experience in managing large-scale team operations and international travel, Sirianni can offer Campbell practical advice on everything from flight schedules and time zone adjustments to player acclimation. This expert counsel can help the Cyclones navigate the complexities of international travel with greater ease and focus, ensuring the team is physically and mentally prepared for their season opener.Furthermore, the friendship provides educational opportunities that go beyond game day. The ability for Campbell and his staff to attend Philadelphia Eagles OTAs is a significant benefit.
