Exclusive: Matt Grace - Retired Navy Rescue Swimmer and active Firefighter and Coach

from Live On Air with Steven Cuoco · host Steven Cuoco

Matt Grace. Retired Navy Rescue swimmer with time in the Specwar community & now a professional firefighter and coach. His PTS story is inspiring and he’ll explain the moment that changed everything for him when he realized he needed to save the life of his 5 month old daughter. “I was everyone else’s hero but I wasn’t saving myself. Now, my purpose is to help others ‘Release Their Hero’ like I did. To let them know that we can rise above PTS(D). We can rise above divorce and be the fathers that our children need and co-parent successfully after the pain and loss.” He just finished writing his book: Release Your Hero, How I used my training as a Navy Rescue Swimmer and firefighter to save myself from PTS. It’s currently in the editing stage with plans to publish it by Jan 2021.  Aaron Williamson: Co-Host
