In the form of Her Circle, we wanted to give them a platform that could also help remove  gender inequalities in the digital space: Tanya ChaitanyaTanya moved to Reliance after 13 illustrious years at the Times of India Group’s Femina, which she left as Editor-in-Chief and CCO.  This young veteran, who transformed India’s largest selling women’s magazine into India’s largest women’s digital platform with 7X growth, shares the ideology and concept behind Her Circle.Tanya speaks of the platform’s commitment to Women and the various things it offers every member of its rapidly growing community. She says Her Circle, which has become India’s fastest-growing digital platform for women, is a digital collective of women, complete with its own social networking platform as well as a goal-fulfilment community that will cater to rapidly rising aspirations, ambitions, dreams and competencies of women of all social backgrounds.Tanya tells me Her Circle is committed to sustainability, and shares a deep dive into the very special Carbon Neutral Shoot she conducted for the Her Circle Digital Cover of the June 2022 issue. The cover featured three women who are  champions of sustainability across Fashion, Beauty and Environment.  She also shares  information about some off-line initiatives planned for Her Circle.She tells me Her Circle has more than 1 lakh registered women entrepreneurs, and that expansion of the platform has led her to extend the brand towards multilingual access to increase growth.  Having launched Her Circle, Hindi,  in March 2022, Tanya speaks of her plans  for the platform going ahead.The lady is on a mission, and remember, she’s backed by a stalwart group and an illustrious mentor, Ms Nita Amabani, who walks the talk of everything she is committed to, and for whom, Her Circle is clearly an initiative of strong emotional commitment.
