I’m exhausted. The conclusion of the three-part series on microaggressions. We mention one more, expand on another, and talk about the obvious question: How should I respond? If you have had a microaggression directed towards you, or you are the person perpetrating them against others, there are recourses. Either way you’re not alone in this. Thanks for sticking with this sometimes upsetting material. I was determined to make it through, and it means a lot to me (and to others) that you’re willing to come along on this journey, no matter what side you’re experiencing it from. There’s lots to consider; take your time with it. C
