It's hard to be found or relevant if you don't have an online presence showing your capabilities, accomplishments, and achievements. Baby boomers are still evaluating the benefits of the how and why of having an online presence. Marc Miller (@CareerPivot), founder of the blog Career Pivot makes it clear: it is necessary to stamp your personal brand on the internet. The excuses are over.
