Today we have a great conversation with Des Traynor the Chief Strategy Officer and Co-founder of Intercom. Intercom has raised over $66 million dollars to fundamentally change how businesses communicate with customers. A lot of businesses seem to agree as Intercom has over 10,000 paying customers so far. Des’s main focus is on the product side and he has written extensively about managing product builds and iterations through Intercom’s series of books. Des studied computer science in college, and is a designer by trade. His favorite and only hobby is soccer.
