I provide an overview of the 12 EF skills identified by Dawson and Guare in their Smart But Scattered series of books before diving into Metacognition, the first of what I call “The Big 3 EF Skills.” In episode 27 I will be talking about the 2nd of the “Big 3”, Emotional Control; and in episode 28 I will dive into Working Memory, the last of the “Big 3.”
