When I started this podcast, Dr Sabrena Jo was one of the first people I thought of and wanted to have on the show. I was a bit nervous to ask her even though I have known her since childhood. She is so well accomplished! She has created an amazing life for herself by following her passion of exercise, nutrition, human behavior and psychology. You’ll hear how she started in the fitness industry teaching aerobic classes in high school but how her quest for knowledge and love of learning led her to many successes.Sabrena Jo, Ph.D., has decades of experience helping people find ways to become physically active. From working one-on-one with clients to leading group fitness classes to teaching and developing curricula at universities, Dr. Jo has always had a passion for supporting people as they start and maintain a physically active lifestyle.
