Exhaustion is Part of the Process: Dealing with the fatigue stage of a Spiritual Journey

You've done all the healing things, and are working on your spiritual connection, and then comes the fatigue.  An almost indescribable type of exhaustion that doesn't feel like being tired, it feels like being out of power.  As if you are drained of all energy, you'll be in a great mood, have plenty of energy, then tackle something, and it hits.  After that, a wave of depression or anxiety will hit and pass , as well.   Today's episode is about how to handle that stage with coping strategies anyone can use. It's one of the stages of a Spiritual Enlightenment and Empowerment Journey, and you'll often otherwise be in great physical health, making it even more mystifying.   Technically, long considered the last stage of Ego Death and the Long Dark Night of the Soul, it's also called Ascension Exhaustion or Ascension Burnout.
