Exodus 20:1-21 “The Ten Words”

Speaker: Pastor Patrick J Griffiths The people of God have been and shall forever be marked by the ten words. The Ten Commandments are a part of the Law of Moses which is a vassal treaty, a conditional agreement. “You do your part and God shall do His.” The Ten Words reflect God’s character. The Law does not begin morality. In the Law of Moses, it only legislates morality to a nation. I am fully aware that an entire lesson could be taught on each of the ten words. This study desires to put the ten words in their proper historical and Christological context and implication.  The Ten Commandments expand on the two commandments which are really one commandment, “Believe in Jesus.”
