Exodus 21: Justice In The Wilderness

Exodus 21 gets quoted all the time and understood far less. We’re reading “Justice in the Wilderness,” where God takes Israel from the thunder of Mount Sinai into the gritty realities of building a society: debt, labor, injury, restitution, negligence, and what happens when power goes unchecked.
