Exodus 35: Don't Resist God's Day Of Rest

After a miserable fall from God's favor, the people receive a new set of stone tablets, and the building of the tabernacle is resumed. People respond generously by giving of their resources with a renewed gratitude for the presence of God. God re-emphasizes the relevance of keeping a day of rest as a holy day dedicated to the Lord, which would turn into a glorious gift for the soul of man and his relationship with God and others.
