Exodus - Light in the Darkness

When darkness surrounds you, where are you looking for light—and are you willing to follow Jesus without compromise?As the plagues continue, Egypt is devastated by locusts and then covered in a darkness so deep that no one can see or move. Yet in the middle of that darkness, Scripture tells us something remarkable: “all the Israelites had light in the places where they lived” (Exodus 10:23).Exodus 10 reminds us that sin always takes more than it gives, darkness is real, and compromise with Pharaoh is never freedom. But it also points us toward a greater hope: God provides light in the darkness, and ultimately that Light is found in Jesus.
