from Clay Cane Extended! · host Clay Cane, Luis Vargas

Clay talks with exoneree, Luis Vargas who spent nearly 18 years behind bars for three separate sexual assaults he did not commit in 1998 in Los Angeles. Mr. Vargas was arrested as he was heading to a parenting class, which was voluntary. None of the victims identified Vargas with 100% certainty.
