Andy Levien, President and CEO of ArcScan talks to Robert about expanding his medical device company internationally and into China.  ArcScan was founded in February 2007 in Golden, Colorado. Before that he served as President and Global VP Operations of Norgren and President of Norgren Fluid Controls, a pneumatics and industrial controls company.
