In this episode, I am diving into something that comes up constantly in my work as a teacher and mentor: Expanding your capacity to receive and raising your energetic minimum.This is one of the biggest areas I support people through as they begin developing animal communication, intuitive abilities, energy work, or any kind of spiritual practice.
