He has been a member of the Chicago Board of Trade since 1977 and the Chicago Council on Global Affairs for more than 30 years. As a published photographer in the New York Times, Alan has explored more than 85 countries in his life and has been a Shamanic Healer for more than 17 years. His company, Tribal Ventures, LLC invests in a vast array of companies and their core values lie within investing in the people of the company, not just the idea. This has been proven to be very successful for him and Tribal thus far.This episode of Limit Up! is hosted by Jeff Carter. Jeff is a general partner at West Loop Ventures. In April of 2007, he co-founded Hyde Park Angels and spearheaded the growth and development of one of the most active angel groups in the United States.
