Text: Philippians 4:4- What are God's expectations for us. "Rejoice in the Lord always, again I say rejoice." To rejoice is an outward expression of an inward attitude as it relates to God. 1) It is a command. - rejoicing is not optional. 2) It is something to be continued - I am to start and continue to rejoice (there are no breaks or timeouts) 3) The Focus of our rejoicing - What are we to rejoice in? The Lord. The key to rejoicing is your personal relationship with Christ.
