You cannot allow your disappointment to linger forever because its alot of weight and burden to carry. If someone continuously disappoints you, adjust your expectation and set yourself free. Also, set that person free of your expectation. We are all on our own journeys.  I share tips on how to free yourself of disappointment and hurt from others not meeting your expectations.
